hide the number of product stocks

The theme is very beautiful and love and use.
I hid the product stock count from here. “Show product meta”
But “991 in stock” appears on the product detail page

I want to hide the number of screenshot product stocks.

You can disable the Stock managment in the Woocoomerce settings > Product. Also, you need to disable the stock management in the product page https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/

It is not possible to hide the figure and leave “in stock” with CSS, such modification would require the template customization which is not covered by our support.
