Hide “to” price for variable product not working

i have set the option on sitewide it is showing range only.
please help in this

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.3.4 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the issue.

yes all is updated, still it is not showing
tried disabling plugins too
