Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You will need a role manager plugin for this purpose. I can guide how to hide this menu for all.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe
Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333
Modify elements as per your needs: http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3
Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header
http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.
As for the roles you need to check the plugin documentation on how to configure showing/hiding menu.

lenamtlParticipantHi you don’t understand I’m talking about backend admin menu. When I created a new role and only give access to the order and report. There is a woodmart theme setting link that appear on the top of the admin page.
I need to hide this link for this user.
So what is the condition to see this menu item and how i can hide for this user?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Most likely WoodMart theme is not compatible with the role plugin you use.
We have not tested any plugins thereon and we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility.

lenamtlParticipantHi,
The question is very very simple :
Which role can see this Woodmart button (located in top backend menu bar)?
Refer to the print screen I send previously. Please just answer this simple question and tell me where it is set in your code.
Note:
As I only want the admin to see woodmart buttons & Links
ThanksJuly 11, 2021 at 1:31 pm #305892
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
WoodMart does not have or set any roles.
WoodMart theme options are subject of the common WordPress user roles: https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/
If you have installed a role managing plugin, contact this plugin support to configure the plugin as per your needs. We do not have such instructions. Our support covers the WoodMart theme only.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

lenamtlParticipantHi,
The menu items has a role relation.
For example updraftplus, wpbakery have menu directly close to yours and are displayed to admin and not displayed to other user role.Your menu is Visible but Not accessible to anyone that have access to the backend and it should be hidden to when it is not accessible.
To my opinion this is a bug and should be fixed.
This is not making sense only admin or shop manager should see this.
I will create a hook and hide this slug to other roles.July 12, 2021 at 10:43 am #306024
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
WoodMart theme does not set or have any options to set user roles.
You are now talking about default WordPress functionality.
Please describe the action step by step, and provide the screen, then switch to any default theme, any you wish, reproduce the issue step by step with the screens so that we could see how it works on WoodMart and on any other theme.

lenamtlParticipantWhich WP role it requiered to see the Woodmart top menu (from the backend).
I mean to see as when a user cannot access to it it can see the Woodmart top menu and submenu (from backend). see the image I provided in #304877July 25, 2021 at 10:24 am #308581
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
In order to configure the theme, you need admin rights.
You can find the options to edit the Header in the Dashboard > WoodMart > Header builder. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/
There is also a Header pro banner – the top row above the header with the option to close, you can find the option in the Theme Settings > General > Header banner.
Best Regards

lenamtlParticipantHi,
You still don’t understand what I’m talking about.
I’m refering to the backend interface (visible to logged admin & other user role), not the frontend (visible to public).I have posted an image, have you check it ?
Your code seems to hide Woodmart side menus when the backend user is not an admin, but still display the Woodmart top menu to any user, but prevent access to the pages.
The logical would be to simply hide the top menu as well, I mean using the same logical for all Woodmart menu.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This access is detected by WordPress functionality and WoodMart does not influence that. You can get more details here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/
Best Regards
