hiding menu menu for mobile is not working

hello,
I have gone into the editor and toggled in responsive section to hide mega menu on mobile yet I am still seeing it on mobile devide.
Please advise.

I would still like to know why I needed to use the custom css that I found in another thread versus the toggle of hide mega menu on mobile as shown in my support request initially 🙂
