Hey, I have a few issues with my shop:

    1. I checked that my guests need to login to see prices and create orders. That said, in certain areas of my shop, like in the bottom of my landing page, or in the first page of my shop, prices are available. This changes if i click different categories, the prices become hidden.

    2. My product page does not stretch to the edge of the page on the right hand side. I’m sure this is an easy fix.

    3. I am using spreadr to upload products to my website. I clicked the “dropship” option on spreadr, and also edited the listing on each product to show “Single Product” instead of “Affiliate Link”, but on the product page, a link to amazon still remains instead of a “checkout to cart” button.

    4. I am unable to bulk edit categories to unmark the “uncategorized” category for my products. For instance, I can bulk assign all products to a certain category, but i cannot bulk unassign them from a specific category.

Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

    Best,
    Shawn

    Hello,

    01. This behavior is usually caused by caching. When prices are set to be visible only for logged-in users, WooCommerce must load different content for guests and logged-in users. Please clear all caches and test in an incognito window and check the issue.

    02. You can change the site width from WoodMart >> Theme Settings >> General >> Layout >> Site Width >> Choose “Full width content”: https://postimg.cc/87vHLQBL

    03. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    04. WooCommerce bulk edit allows you to add or replace categories, but it does not provide an option to bulk remove a specific category (like Uncategorized) from products.

Use Quick Edit per product to remove Uncategorized > Assign another category and then manually remove Uncategorized.

    Best Regards,

Hey, thanks for the thorough response. Much appreciated, most issues are fixed.

    As for #2…
My site is already set to full-width, the only thing that isn’t full width are the individual product pages. Perhaps there is another setting for product page width?

    Hello,

The site width is global for all pages. Please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards,
