Hiding the "to" price for variables doesn't work

I have enabled the

“Hide “to” price
This option will hide a higher price for variable products and leave only a small one.”

But it doesn’t work because my store still shows the higher “to” price. How can we fix this?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
