AparecidoParticipantWhen doing a search in the field of search at the top, the CPU load of the hosting goes to 100% and the site is off the air giving error 507. Look for “athletico” or another term that does not exist and you will see the hourglass doing the search, go in the cpanel, on the right side, you will see that the use of cpu and mémoria will rise, will stay on alert.
Note: This problem occurs when you also use the side bar when placing a product in the cart.– Activate the Storefront theme and you will see that the problem does not occur.
I’m waiting for more details.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please, disable all external plugins and send us your ADMIN access. Also, we need your cPanel access and FTP host, username and password.
Regards

AparecidoParticipantSend in access in the private space here of this conversation. I did not understand, did not receive the access data? Where to send?
July 18, 2019 at 7:00 am #133291
Artem TemosKeymasterYou can send the data via the private content field. Currently, you didn’t send FTP login and cPanel access so we can see your CPU load.
Also, we will test it only after you will disable all external plugins.

AparecidoParticipantAfter I deactivated the external plugins, as requested, the search returned to normal. I’ll enable 1 to 1 of the external plugins to see which one is causing the problem. I am grateful for the dedicated attention.

AparecidoParticipantHello. I’m still having problems with CPU and Memory 100% when using the woodmart theme. I did several tests and I passed the problem to the host where the site is and I was informed that the problems are in the theme. They said that every character entered in the search field, is generating a request and therefore CPU goes to 100%. See the attached image. Even disabling all plugins, leaving only those of structure, the CPU goes up. How to solve?

Artem TemosKeymasterWe will add an option to start search only after 3 symbols are typed in our next theme update. Also, try to disable SKU search in Theme Settings.

AparecidoParticipantI’ve disabled SKU Search, but the problem persists.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs you can see on the screenshot, each new request cancels the previous one. Sorry, but we can’t do anything more here except limiting the number of characters that we will do in our next update.

AparecidoParticipantIs all this error related to admin-ajax.php? In private content here, I’m putting what I got into the error_log file.
July 22, 2019 at 1:18 pm #133904
AparecidoParticipantOkay. I’ll check with the host. I’ll keep an eye out for new updates. Awaiting.

AparecidoParticipantHost personals are reviewing your last reply. But I installed a Debug_wp to parse and received a lot of theme errors. I’m sticking here in private. Can analyze and see what problem I thank.

Artem TemosKeymasterThese logs are not related to our theme so we don’t know how they affect your search.
