1cihankurtParticipantDespite the fact that your site has almost only mandatory plugins installed and very few images, since I installed your theme, my CPU usage in cPanel has always been 100%. This has made my pages and admin panel almost unusable. Despite trying different solutions for days and running dozens of tests with my hosting provider, we have not been able to solve the problem.
I have shared the admin panel information with you below, can you solve this problem for me? We are experiencing serious losses due to this problem.
I have also provided a screenshot so that you can see the degradation in the Cpu after installing your theme. I have tried other themes without this problem.

1cihankurtParticipantHello, when can I get an effective feedback on the subject. I can’t run my processes because of the problem I’m having. It’s seriously damaging my workflow. I would be very grateful if you return quickly. If any other information is required, I am ready to provide it.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for contacting our support center.
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Regards

1cihankurtParticipantHello, unfortunately this reply was a disappointment because I feel like you didn’t read what I wrote and gave an automatic reply. I’ve been having this problem for about a week now, there’s nothing we haven’t tried with my hosting provider. The answer to everything you asked is yes, it was done but it could not be solved. I wrote to you as a last resort. Please I need your support. I sent you the admin panel information.

Artem TemosKeymasterDo you mean that you already tested with the default theme and CPU load was less? In this case, we need you to send us a video so we can compare both themes to see if it is somehow related to WoodMart.

1cihankurtParticipantHow can I send this video, I already had another site on the same hosting account and was using another theme there. Since using your theme my CPU values were always at 100%. Even though I turned off all plugins and asked my hosting provider to reset the operations, it became 100% again. I only have one thing to ask from you and I can’t understand why you’re making this difficult. I’ve given you the panel information, you don’t want to do that when it might take you a few minutes to figure out what went wrong. I asked my hosting provider and they doubled all my current speeds for a short time. I ask you for the last time during this period. Can you check from the panel while the site is available?

Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t quite understand what exactly we should check on your website. The CPU graph you showed on the screenshot is not from the WordPress dashboard. We can’t see it without access to your hosting panel. Even if you send it to us, it doesn’t give any information about the cause of this load. That is why we asked you to check with other themes first and send us a video.

1cihankurtParticipantHere you go, I’m sending you videos of your theme locking the CPU.

1cihankurtParticipantWhat I can’t understand is this: My sites work properly on the current hosting provider, other themes work properly on the same site. Since the day I installed your theme, my CPU load is almost 100% and no operations can be performed. Shouldn’t you know the answer to this question?
December 2, 2024 at 4:07 pm #618530
Artem TemosKeymasterThank you for the video. Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme on your website and send us access to your hosting panel so we can monitor the performance.

1cihankurtParticipantDisabling all unnecessary add-ons, just remember to monitor the effect. My hosting provider has provided me with a package, normally a very high-end package, free of charge for a certain period of time to solve this problem. So you can multiply the current cpu score by 2. Normally my site was not opening at all.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe just checked your website and didn’t see any difference in CPU load between WoodMartand default theme. Results were quite similar. Here are screenshots:
