Hitek Navigation Anchor does not working

I put an anchor link into the container and add the anchor “id” to the list item. The URL is good, but not jump to the anchor.
The elementor own anchor is good but it dont have ofset size.

You can configure the menu in Appearance -> Menus and use it in the content via the Menu element.

Ok. How can I make a a sticky navigation without NAV menu any other solution? It an one week campaign page, so i dont want to make a dedicated menu for it.
Unfortunately, it works the WordPress menu only. We will consider making them work with an extra menu in the future.
