home page does not load css and images

hi I’m setting up the site with the theme, since yesterday when loading the home page is loaded with css errors, the page has broken down, while the rest of the pages is visible correctly.

I tried to install on another domain but the result is the same

If I browse the site, the home is correctly visible. The problem is about not logged in navigation
