Home page error

Please have a look at the home page, it is not showing correctly. As you can see the theme is broken.It was working 2 days ago but now has developed this error. I spoke to our hosters about this, See below what they have said. I should not have to pay for this problem as it was not there before.

I have inspected the home page of undercontrol.co.uk and noticed the following:

vc_custom_heading text, vc_row full_width, vc_column_inner and so on.

This indicates that you have used the visual composer builder to create that page, and since you are now using a different theme and builder that page is malfunctioning.

You will either have to rebuild the home page or find a way to remove all left-over entries part of the visual composer builder from the page, for the purpose I would suggest you to seek assistance from a skilled WordPress developer.

I have seen your landing page and it shown the tags of page builder and did not contain the styling.

Kindly deactivate all of your third party plugins which is not required by the theme and then check back your site.

In case if the issue is still there after deactivating the third party plugins then share your admin login credentials. I will help you out.

it seems to be working now without doing anything.
Do you thing its to do with the plugins and how will i know which one is the problem?

I’m glad to hear that your site is working fine now. Yes, probably some of those third party plugins causing this issue or may be the issue is due to your site cache.

You can detect that specific plugin by activating or deactivating those plugins one by one.
