We are using this theme on our development site and all functions are working fine, but the homepage disappeared after the site started to get orders, so far a new license has been purchased and activated but the problem still persists, I don’t want to redesign the homepage again and at the same time whenever I click on page>draft post I get the error: There has been a critical error on this website.
It seems that the issue is caused by the Wintopay payment plugin, which is expecting WooCommerce to be active — but WooCommerce is either deactivated or not installed.
1. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and activated.
2. After that, refresh the homepage and see if the issue resolves.
Once WooCommerce is activated, the Wintopay plugin should load correctly, and the homepage issue might also be resolved as a result of the plugin conflict being fixed.
I tried to update the woocommerce plugin in the core of woodmart’s theme, but couple of minutes passed and it still didn’t work, which caused the site to crash, and I just had the server staff restore the site for me, but the homepage is still missing!
At the same time, the Page>draft post still causing fatal errors on the site, I asked the server tech stuff and he said it’s caused by the theme.
How can I fix that?
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.
I think I figured it out, I was able to access draft post after switch to default theme and after I deleted the posts in it, then I switch back woodmart theme and everything back to normal.
