Home page not loading correctly

Hi team, the home page does not open unless you click on other pages and click again on the home page and then the home page opens normally. Is there a way to open the home page the first time without clicking in other pages ? attached are the correct and incorrect page. Thank you in advance

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
