home page popup even if turned off

Theme Settings -> Shop -> Promo popups is turned off
Popup still appears on home page.

I even deleted the HTML block used (“Hey you, sign up…”). Now the popup opens empty.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

The preset “infinite scrolling” assumed the popup: https://gyazo.com/6652dd16b4ee275f8af00f21d63a6840

I have disabled it, and now it works correctly.

You can check and delete the presets you do not want to use.
