Home Page Product Image Resize

I have Problem With Products Image in Home Page ,all products should taken form source website ,the problem is images from source website Size are 1200*1200 , When I Upload Products Image it`s not apper fit in Home page ,as attached ,if i want to resized image it will take alot of time, is there Soultion , Without resize image before upload

You also need to enter every widget and set full-size in the image size field.
