Home Page , Recommended Products

Hello,
On the home page there is a section with Recommended Products. There are 3 items in a row(descstop) at the moment. My question is how do I edit it to display 4 items in a row and also how do I select which items to display as recommended.

Edit page with elementor and edit grid and carousel widget. In the content tab select content type for grid:
