home page show the blog

I have a strange problem. In the system settings I set up an Elementor homepage. And instead the site sometimes shows me a blog page as a main page
When I click on the home link in the main menu it shows me the blog page I deleted for review.
I have added in the private section the login details for the management of the site.
i do cleat the browser cache.
also the issue is most on EDGE and firefox browsers

i think its resolved
i just activate the litespeedcache plugin what was deactivated and the htaccess file was writen by the plugin.
so. for now is resolved
