    Hello,

I’m developing my e-shop locally using Local. I use Elementor as a builder and I use the Megamarket prebuilt website. There’s some issue where every 1-2 months, my homepage CSS files get deleted, without doing any major changes to layout or adding any plugin. (The rest of the website remains intact).

Last time, I restored the website using WoodMart’s backup but I lost a lot of progress. How can I restore the files without applying any backup? The file names are post-318.css, post-334.css, post-340.css

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi ioanna,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

Elementor does not delete CSS files or generate CSS till you do it manually via Elementor > Tools.

If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

In case it works with default theme, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access to Private Content area, I will take a look.

    Regards,
