The header on our homepage disappears regularly. Could you please help us with this issue? In previous tickets, you mentioned that plugins might be triggering this problem, but we couldn’t identify the exact cause. Could you check the system to investigate further? This issue only occurs on the homepage.

Hello, this issue occurs after a long period of caching. It disappears when you clear the cache, but the header keeps disappearing continuously. Don’t be misled by how it looks like that.

May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

It is not being resolved somehow, can you help? The site is actively open for sales, and we don’t want to face any issues. I performed a Cloudflare cache purge, but this is always a temporary solution. We are waiting for your help.
