    Hello,

We are trying to utilize the mailchimp newsletter form on our homepage. However, we want to add check boxes below the form but can not get them to show up.

We have provided the code we are using.

Also, once we submit an e-mail address we get no notifications.

    Hello,

Your issue is not clear enough.

However, we want to add checkboxes below the form but can not get them to show up.

Are you trying to add these checkboxes to the newsletter form? Newsletter form plugin does not support that. If you want to use the checkboxes you would better use the usual contact form.

We are trying to utilize the MailChimp newsletter form on our homepage

In order to disable popup navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup. You will see the field and HTML block ID number. Find this block in HTML blocks and you will be able to edit the content.

In order to remove from menu, navigate to Appearance > Menu > find the menu used in the Header Builder and remove the menu item.

    Best Regards

I apologize for the unclear request. I have included a screenshot that should better explain what we are trying to do.

Towards the bottom of our homepage, we have a newsletter signup element. It only requests the user’s e-mail and then there is the submit button. We would like to add checkboxes below where the user inputs their e-mail address. The picture should explain the idea better.

    Hello,

You cannot add any checkboxes to the newsletter. Insert the default form, configure your MailChimp account and integrate.

Is there any other option you can provide? Selecting which lists you want to subscribe to is a basic function.

    Hello,

You can use the Contact form + Mailchimp plugin to get information from one side and form the newsletter list from another. https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/

We are using the Mailchimp for WP plugin that came with the theme. When we try to customize the form within the plugin to include checkbox for lists we see no changes.

I have included several screenshots that may help explain what we are looking to do.

Please we need a better solution then installing another plugin. It appears we should be able to edit that form to display check boxes for our lists.

    Hello,

You cannot just insert checkboxes into the form. The plugin should support that and this plugin does not. Our support does not cover customization third parties plugins.

    Best Regards
