rustamlitamerlanParticipantHello XTemos team,
I am using the WoodMart theme on my website: https://billur.az/
I am facing several issues with the homepage slider:
1. Slider is not full-width on desktop
The slider appears inside a boxed container and leaves large white spaces on both sides.
I need the slider to be truly full-width across the entire screen.2. Slider is not full-width on mobile
On mobile devices, the slider is also boxed and does not stretch to the edges of the screen.
Full-width behavior should apply on both desktop and mobile.3. Slider loads in “chunks” during page refresh
When I refresh the page, the slider renders in visible steps/blocks instead of loading smoothly.
This visual glitch happens every time the homepage loads.4. No custom CSS or JS was added
I have not applied any custom modifications to this section — it is the default Elementor/WoodMart slider.
Could you please check the homepage layout and fix the following:
Make the slider full-width on both desktop and mobile
Ensure the slider loads smoothly without block-by-block rendering
If required, I can provide temporary admin access.
Thank you!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. To make the slider full width, navigate to Pages > Edit the page with Elementor > Edit Container where the slider is added, and in the Xtemos layout, choose the Stretch Container https://ibb.co/s1DYvJ4
02. For the slider loading issue, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

rustamlitamerlanParticipantHello,
Thank you for the instructions.
I have already fixed the full-width issue.
Regarding the slider loading problem, I followed your recommendation and disabled all 3rd-party plugins one by one. Unfortunately, the issue still persists even when all non-theme plugins are deactivated.
However, since this is a live production website, I cannot keep the plugins deactivated for a long period of time. When plugins are off, some parts of the website break visually and functionally, and I cannot leave the site like that while waiting for your next reply.
Therefore, I kindly request the following:
Please check the issue directly while all plugins are active.
Since the problem persists even with plugins disabled, the root cause may be related to theme scripts, layout initialization or Elementor container rendering. If you need to temporarily deactivate plugins for testing, you have my permission to do so, but please:
do it only briefly,
reactivate them immediately after checking,
or notify me before making longer tests.
Please help me identify and fix the source of the slider loading glitch, as it occurs regardless of plugin status.
Thank you!
