Homepage : title tag not showing up on Google serp

I can see that the title of my homepage is not taken in account on Google serp (please see docs attached). I have read some forum where it says that it could be an issue due to incompatibility with the theme : could it be ?

Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Our theme doesn’t influence this functionality since it is a core WordPress function.
