Homepage Welcome popup not disable

Hello Dear,
I can’t stop this Welcome popup in any way. [Theme Settings > promo popup] option is disabled. Even the promo popup block of HTML Blocks was deleted, but it still doesn’t stop.
Please tell me how to stop it.

Please Select and edit the active preset on your site if you are using and check the theme settings for promo popup.
If the issue remains, share the wp-login details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

Your issue has been resolved. I have edited the active preset on your site “Infinite Scrolling” and disabled the promo popup in theme settings. Check back on your site and check the issue: https://ibb.co/vxJwm7Pm
