My homepage is not showing properly how do I fix, this is a multi site, site.

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to the parent theme?

I give you permission to do so, I gave this account super admin privileges, so you should be able to disable all plugins you see fit.For me to do so on my end will place the site down until response which is not idea in our case. Thank you in advance.
