    Hi Support,

    we have a big problem. Our Homepage doen’t work as it should. How can we get this?

    Hello,

    I checked your site and noticed that you’re currently using the Shop page as your homepage, and it’s working fine.
    If you’d like to display a different page as your homepage, you can go to Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings, and from there, choose the desired page to set as the homepage.https://ibb.co/nsFtF75X

    I´m sorry, the right website is: https://www.ronin-hoerverlag.de/hoerbuecher-und-buecher-we-love-stories/ – first it was our home site, but after the breake we set the shop-page as frontpage.

    Hello,

    Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.1.2 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    If the issue still remains, let me know, and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    it’s not so easy, because we make a lot of changes on the product pages which doesn’t work with the update. No other solution? Thanks for your help!

    You can create a dev site – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. The article below will help you to create it:
