Hook for top bar and menu

Please I need the specific hook to change top bar to output different text dynamically. How do I do this. Also what’s the hook to delete categories on menu tabs on mobile screen?

1. Do you mean to change the “Header banner” dynamically?
2. You can delete the “Categories” tab via WoodMart -> Header builder -> Mobile menu -> turn off the “Show categories menu” option here: https://prnt.sc/_eykm3L5EWJV

Yes I would like to change the current header banner to output different text alternating between each other.
I am working in a test environment-xampp and my customizer doesn’t work so I’m customizing using a child theme that’s why I need the hooks

You do not need to customize it via a child theme. You can just create such changes content as a slider in the HTML Block and define it as a Header banner in Theme Settings -> Header banner: https://prnt.sc/KnLXeezLWpxT
