Horizontal seperator line element not showing up?

Hello, I have inserted the ‘horizontal serpator line’ element in WP Bakery back end editor. I have tried all different settings, cleared cache, etc. but I can NOT get the line to show up?

Whats strange is that if I switch this element to the ‘ZigZag Seperator’ line element, it always shows up on the front end without much fuss.

any ideas?

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

I have found that the woodmart theme element called “section divider” works much better and as intended, so please mark this thread as resolved.
