Hotspot issues

Hi, I am struggling with following issues related to hotspot feature:
1) when Woodmart feature “Enable parallax on mouse scroll” is activated for column containing hotspot image, hotspot popups are being cut by another column
2) for some strange reason only one popup product card contains stars, all other do not have stars although other products have reviews as well

Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

As for the stars, please, provide us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong.

2) I tried deactivating my reviews plugin (Judge.me) and using standard WooCommerce reviews, result was the same. Then I deactivated WooCoommerce reviews and these stars were still shown.

You are using some plugin for reviews and our theme displays information from WooCommerce reviews only.

Yes, I’m using a 3rd paty plugin for reviews. But as I said earlier popup for one of the listings (snake ring) is showing stars even when all reviews are disabled (both Judge.me plugin and WooCommerce reviews).
Also when I enable WooCOmmerce reviews and disable Judge.me plugin there are no changes – review stars are not shown for other items.

Anyway, it will not work with that plugin. That single product displays information about WooCommerce reviews only.

I understand that your hotspot is not designed support 3rd party reviews plugins. But I am trying to tell you that it’s not working as intended because:
– when all reviews are disabled (both native WooCommerce and 3rd party plugin) stard are still shown for snake ring hotspot
– when I enable WooCommerce native reviews and disable 3rd party plugin, stars are still shown only for snake ring hotspot although other products have WooCommerce reviews as well

In other words whatever I do nothing changes – snake ring hotspot has stars, others don’t.

Could you please disable the plugin and enable WooCommerce reviews so we can check?

Please use health check / troubleshooting plugin as I don’t want my frontend to be affected.

Looks like I have some problem with default WooCommerce reviews, stars are not shown and number of reviews is incorrect for some of the products, while evrything is OK for other products. Anyway stars are shown by hotspot even when I completely disable WooCommerce reviews.
Here are products with reviews:

Could you please check how it works with a standard theme? Since the stars are not displayed correctly on the single product page as well.

I have the same issues with standrard theme as well.

I fixed the problem with reviews wrong count via updating wc_rating_count in postmeta table.
Now I can confirm that stars on hotspot pop-ups are shown even if reviews are disabled in WooCommerce.

It seems to be some issue with WooCommerce or the plugin you used changed something in the database. But is not our theme problem since it doesn’t work correctly on other themes as well.

Everything works fine with other themes now.
The problem is that your hotspot element shows stars even if reviews are disabled in WooCommerce.

Currently, reviews are turned on. Could you please disable them so we can check?

Very strange. No outages according to hosting provider data. Anyway it is accessible now. Please check again.

We will fix this in our next theme update. If the reviews will be disabled, these stars will be hidden too.
