I have imported a demo page with hotspot /image-hotspot/please check this page, configure the hotspot as per your needs based on the sample, save as a template and insert it into the page you need.

This method is not sufficient as a solution to the problem I have stated.

The hotspot does not work as intended when the page is first loaded. The texts are shown below the image. There are no dots on the photos

We have checked on all browsers and we do not see the problem.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
