Hover button has been disabled on MOBILE phones!

Hello there the hover button with the default background has been disabled on mobile version ( look at the screen shoot on attachment ) . I have made the necessary settings in Theme settings – Product Style and have choose the the style with the ” Button cart text and background )

Yes, the button is replaced with an icon in situations when there is not enough place for the whole button. Unfortunately, there is no option to change this behavior and it is how it works on our demo website as well.
