    Hi Support,

    The image hover effect isn’t working even though it is enabled. Could you please look into it?

    Hello,

    The image hover effect requires an additional image to be added to the product gallery for it to function correctly. Please ensure that you have uploaded a secondary image under the product gallery section. Once added, the hover effect should work as expected: https://take.ms/vggOX
