Hover on product add to cart buttons not showing after update recent woocommerce

Hi
The hover on product on the shoppage does not show the add to cart button anymore since the last woocommerce update.
I do see the btn-add but it does not show the elements to add to cart.
Please help me with this before black friday, thank you!

I have provided the admin settings for the staging enviroment.

It was another plugin killing the page.
