Hover on products at Ajax products tabs

Hello,
There is an Ajax products tabs on our homepage. Some product tabs shows WPBakery codes copied below when hover on products:

How can we fix this?

I have updated the latest version of the theme and Recommended plugins however the problem still exists.
Product tab hover doesn’t work properly when Data Source selected as List of IDs, Best Sellers, and Top Rated products.
Any help will be appreciated.

I have found that you didn’t use WPBakery shortcodes or any text in product short description https://ibb.co/4Pmnk4Q while you have selected the hover content as Excerpt from Theme settings: https://ibb.co/1G5ZdfZ So you should add the content in the Product short description area then check back the product hover in the tabs, I did it for one of the product: https://ibb.co/BK0dSL6
