How can I add a group of clients? and abandoned carts

Hello!
I would like to add a group of different clients, apart from ordinary clients, add a new group of professional clients, and apply different price and VAT rules, is that possible?
And another question, when abandoning WooCommerce carts, it does not collect any information about the carts, could this be due to some conflicts with the topic? or if it has to be configured separately somewhere.
