You can use WoodMart Sidebar Mega menu widget in any of your widgets like main page widget area.

And then select that widget for your sidebar while editing your page as in the below screenshot:

If you only want a sidebar inside the specific row then you can create a separate column inside that row and simple display whatever you want inside it.

Or you can use the Widgetized Sidebar element inside a row and select your specific widget to display.
