Did you contact your hosting support? You need to contact them and ask to disable that security.

the hosting is setup by myself with linode VPS

now ,i have successfully uploaded a svg image,but it doesnot move on the website (if open the svg image in my computer ,it is an image like gif ,would move)

I have checked it with the HTML element and it seems that the JS from the SVG breaks the website structure. Unfortunately, we don’t have such a default element for showing such an SVG image and at the same time when showing it via the Htmkl element, it breaks the webpage. Therefore, unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to show such animated SVG elements, sorry.
