You can do it with the help of Yoas seo plugin. When you’re wanting to add metadata to your existing or new blog posts or pages, all you have to do is open the WordPress blog post editor for the blog post you want to modify. Once you scroll down, you’re met with a number of options.

HI, for custom meta keywords it’s only one fucus keyword we need to add multiple keywords by yoast it’s not working i think

It is recommended to add only one keyword in focus keyword in Yoast plugin. However you can add other or related keywords in the meta keywords section of Yoast Plugin in WordPress.
The reason is your article should be targeted for one particular keyword in order to rank higher in SERPs.
