How can i add effect to text so it can be read easier?

How can i make the text on slides appear like it is highlighted grey in the outter side of text so it can be read easier (on mobile and desktop view)?

I tried to find in slide editor title section and i couldnt find option, then i found shadow option but that didnt had any effect.

I tried with heading but i dont want to use shadow and text stroke style gives me distorted design.

Can you send me any tutorial, i dont know what keywords to use to search on google?
