How can I add my WhatsApp number on the top, shown in image attached?

Hello,

If you want to show not clickable Whatsapp number, you should add a text block into the top row of the Header Builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

If you mean adding the functionality to start a conversation, you will have to find a plugin.
