How can I add sticky footer for smartphone

Hi, I would like to add sticky footer in addition to normal footer only for smartphone.
This is a sample.

I added the same code as the sample as per attached to
Top page(HTML Block), Custom CSS for mobile, Global Custom JS
but it does not work.

Is there anything I need to do to work properly?

Sorry but we could not help with third party codes. It is out of our theme support scope.

You can try using our Sticky mobile bottom navbar that you can enable from Theme Settings >> General >> Mobile Bottom Navbar.
