I want to change “checkout” text to “Pay Bill” of my website Mini cart & checkout page..
How can I do that?

Please Go to Dashboard >> Loco Translate >> Plugins >> Woocommerce and click the SYNC button first then try to find the string and translate.
If you are still unable then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
