how can I change the drop down menu of browse by categories name

Hi, I would like to change the name of browse by category to browse by brand or mark and then list the brand names or their logos. I al placing the product categories on the header while I want all the marks and brands to be in the browse by categories place to make it more user friendly kindly refer to the screenshot.

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9
Hover on Categories element, click on Pencil icon, and the Browse categories text can be changed
