How can I create Country Switcher and Language switcher

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

The currency/language selector is the Multilingual plugin functionality.

To add a language/currency switcher you need to install the WPML Plugin.

Sorry but WPML is a PRO plugin and its not included in our theme. You need to purchase it to use.
