How can I edit and translate shortcode for checkout and mz account page?

Hi,
I want to make a small change on checkout and my account page. For example:
1. On checkout page I want to translate all page to other language and want to change a payment form
2. On my account page I also want to translate all page and want to change text and icons on dashboard. Also want to take out buttons.

Is is it possible to do this changes be changing the shotcode or there is some other way of doing this?

You can configure the payment in Woocommerce > Settings

However, if you change the buttons the Woocommerce functionality may be broken.
