How can I get this layout?

I am trying to get an header like the one on the website I have linked with a ‘+’ tooltip and the area just under the slider, I am using wp-bakery but when I try to build the layout I am able to only do a 3 column layout which increases the space between the link button.

Sorry but we could not help you achieve the same as you mentioned in your screenshots because there is no specific element available in our Theme for that.
