How can I hide top-bar on mobile?

Hi, I want to be able to hide the “top bar” on mobile.
Can you tell me the css code I need to apply for this to work?

Hi, I cannot show you my website right now as we are in DEV mode and secured behind auth.
But in anycase I have my license code. SO it should be any issue on that end.

So if you can give me the css code, would be cool. No changes on your theme, so that too should not be any issue.
