How Can I Integrate This Product Hover Feature?

I am currently using the Basel theme and I really like this product hover feature (hover with excerpt) that you have on the Woodmart demo. (Please see picture below).
Is there a way to activate this same product hover feature on the Basel theme?
Also, how do I solve this problem: A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://xtemos.com/ was set without the SameSite attribute. A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with SameSite=None and Secure. Unfortunately, it is not possible to integrate the design from Woodmart into Basel.
As for the second problem, please provide the screen of the error as well as the page URL so that we could check.

Thanks for getting back to me. Can the shop header in Woodmart be replicated with in the Basel theme? Please see attached image below.
I have the child theme installed? Can I delete the parent theme? Also, when I activate the parent theme, it says that there is an error with the theme editor. “The error says Charset UTF does not belong here” I have not modified any code in the parent theme files.

It is possible partially: you need to enable Shop page title in the Theme Settings > Shop > Shop page title option. Also you you will find the option to show categories in the title.
Then you can set the background image in the shop page https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/options-for-pages-2/
However, there is no option to set icons for the categories.
