How can i make all the product have the same size

hello i have a problem with the size the images are diferent how can i make the size of the products to be fixed and = to each no meter the image dimension ?

after updating the theme, the images don’t align with the “click to enlarge” button on the single product page anymore, is this a setting or a bug?

What can I do to fix this?
