It looks like a stretch section, in other words, you should try to edit your page in the page builder, and in the settings of the section turn on the “Stretch Section” option.

I just enabled the “Stretch section” option in the settings of the section. You can watch the video which shows it.

If you are using the “WPBakery page builder”, then open the “Row” settings and for the “Row stretch” field define the “Stretch row” option.
