    Hello,

    The description would come into compare, provided products have Descriptions.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area I will check the settings.

    The description assumes the short description. You have set showing: description, SKU and attributes. You need to add all into the products which are compared.
